Undergraduate Support Meeting Availability

Please use this form to identify which days and times during the remainder of the semester you would be available to help undergraduates during a 15-minute Zoom meeting. These meetings are to give students a more significant opportunity to interact with faculty involved in our undergraduate program during these uncertain times. Students will have the opportunity to sign up for two back-to-back 15 minute meetings if they feel a longer meeting time is needed.

Please specify when you will be available for these Zoom meetings. When choosing time blocks, please be mindful of time differences.

If a student signs up to meet with you, you will receive an email containing the student’s name, their reason for the meeting, meeting date and time, and a Zoom link. This email will arrive at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. If you do not receive any emails 24 hours before your time block, there is no meeting for you to attend.
